Application Sales to customers, internal employee incentive programs, customer offers complimenting other marketing campaigns (i.e. rebates and incentives), customer service recovery.

Infrastructure Custom card and/or carrier from your designer (our design team available at commercial rates), card is loaded by the bank and card recipients use the Standard Vancity Community Investment Bank Consumer Website, IVR and Live Agents.
Contractual Requirements Trademark License Agreements with Visa Canada.
Non-Member Affinity Agreement.
Must read and ensure understanding of all terms and conditions of use.
Compliance Requirements Pre funding of Cards.
Corporate Identification Documents as requested on the Order Form.
Approved Card Storage and Handling procedures.
Time to Market 10 to 12 weeks after receipt of signed agreement.

Cardholder Fees and other Details

Foreign Currency Fee 2.5%
  • No transaction fees.
  • No customer service fees.
  • Card replacement for lost or stolen cards that are registered to the individual cardholder.
  • Included web-based recipient card registration and activity and balance reporting.
  • If your Card has a balance after the Good Thru date printed on the front of your Card, a fee equal to the remaining balance will be charged immediately following the last day of the month of the Good Thru date. If your Card is passed the Card Good Thru date please contact Cardholder Services.
