For small to medium-sized organizations that want the benefits of co-branding a prepaid Visa card without the investment in time and money of a fully customized card, use the Citizens Bank Reward Visa Card with your company logo printed on the top left corner of the card.

Logo printed on the top left corner of the card. Includes standard card carrier. Optionally create a customized card carrier at your own cost.

Application Internal employee incentive programs, customer offers complimenting other marketing campaigns (i.e. rebates and incentives), customer service recovery.
Investment/Charges Initial setup fee.
Infrastructure Creation of Corporate Account in the Card Production system, and card recipients use the Standard Citizens Bank Consumer Website, IVR and Live Agents.
Contractual Requirements License Agreements with Visa and Citizens Bank.
Non-Member Affinity Agreement.

Cardholder Fees and other Details

Foreign Currency Fee 2.5%
Fee after Good Thru Date Remaining balance on Card following the Good Thru date. See Note2
  • No transaction fees.
  • No customer service fees.
  • Card replacement for lost or stolen cards that are registered to the individual cardholder.
  • Included web-based recipient card registration and activity and balance reporting.

1Fees and Limits are subject to change in accordance with the Cardholder Agreement. Card and funds expire on Good Thru date.

2If your Card has a balance after the Good Thru date printed on the front of your Card, a fee equal to the remaining balance will be charged immediately following the last day of the month of the Good Thru date. If your Card is passed the Card Good Thru date please contact Cardholder Services.
